We asked for the goods to be shipped by The USPS service. They were shiped by Fed Ex . As we do not have a street address they could not be delivered.They were going to be a fathers day gift the order was cancelled. I ordered the "Father's day" NIKON D60 camera package early morning on June 11th, and it was delivered on June 13th shortly after noon. The package was exactly as advertised on the web site. Definitely QUALITY service, and I will order from this merchant again.

We did encounter a couple of issues. One was that the additional shipping costs were not clear. We received 10% off for paying with Paypal, but additional shipping cost was calculated and added after purchase. We were told that the change in stated price was determined by which shipper was used. The other issue was that FedEx was used, and the driver refused to deliver the package for a week, so it nearly did not arrive by Christmas, IN SPITE of the additional shipping charges we had to pay. The driver claimed bad weather conditions, but there were no extreme weather conditions, he simply opted not to drive down a rural road in winter. FedEx refused to give us a straight answer and the driver would do nothing to work the problem out (for instance, call us from the end of our road). FedEx could not even locate the package, from day to day. We finally had to go all the way out to a FedEx facility, in another town, and pick it up OURSELVES. This made the additional shipping charges even more aggravating. We would prefer to have a choice as to which shipper is used. Other than these minor issues, it was a pleasant shopping experience, a good website, shipping was extremely fast and the item exceeded our expectations. Read more

I have purchased a number of Digital cameras from Ritz camera on line I have always been satisfide with my treatment from Ritz and will continue to use the Ritz company for all of my photo needs.
I am presently waiting for a rebate from Ritz for a printer I purchased in conjunction with my coolpix S50.

The website stated the item usually ships within 24 hours. It took two weeks to ship. After shipping, I attempted to track the item, but website indicated the tracking was temporarily unavailable. I checked the website daily and the status never changed. It took one week from the shipping date to receive the item. Read more
