My husband and I have have purchased at least 12 desktop and laptop computers from Dell over the years. Dell has improved its offshore tech support, which in the past, was my only complaint. Dell advertised that the item I tried to purchase would have "free 2nd day shipping." When I "checked out" I couldn't get this offer. When I had an online chat, I was told that the web master was slow in updating the site and that that offer had expired earlier. So I cancelled my order later.
