This wasn't your typical B&H purchase in the sense that this was a special order. This meant that B&H had to wait for the item to be shipped to them before shipping it to me. With all that said, the item was shipped to me very quickly and the tracking was very good. The only problem I had with the whole experience was with UPS. The carrier just left the package on the front porch exposed to the possibility of theft. This should have been a signature delivery. Read more
Excellent dealer, no hassle, I got my products on time. One minor problem, the UPS tracking number they gave me was not recognized by the UPS system. It did not matter, since the products arrived on time 2 days after the order. I would definitely recommend B&H Photo-Video-Pro Audio. Read more

Overall, prices are very competitive and service is excellent. Items were easy to find on the website and delivery was on time and in good condition. When adding such things as extended warrenties and accessories, the package probably comes out to be less expensive than other online retailers. I have been shopping at this site for the past few years. What I have found is they are great if you don't have to talk to them over the phone. Most of their reps (that I spoke to) could barely speak english. I will probably start shopping at a local store I found because of this.
