I ran out of toner for my Sharp copier and went to a local Staples store to purchase it. The price scared me away. Then, I went on line and found the exact item for less than HALF the price. This was not a compatible item but the Genuine Sharp brand new factory sealed toner cartridge.
I ordered it on line Thursday and I received it on Monday morning.
I'm very happy with the price, service and convenience.
I'm usually not comfortable buying on line but Mako Business made the experience easy. They emailed a confirmation and even provided a tracking number. I received the item right away and shipping was free.

I was very happy to find a replacement for my Monroe calculator, the price was almost 40% less than advertised elsewhere, I received a tracking number the same day, it came in 2 days, and the shipping was free. There was no need to contact customer service. Very pleased with the entire transaction

When this store showed up in the results list on shopping.com, it stated the price for the fax cartridge I was looking for and said that shipping was free. However, when I went to place the order, I found out that the shipping was ONLY free IF the order total was more than $50. Thinking that the shipping would be minimal for such a small item, I continued through the checkout process until I found out that I would have been charged an additional $15. Needless to say, I cancelled the order...partially because $15 is ridiculously high to ship a small item that weighs only a few ounces, but more importantly because of the deceptive "free shipping" tactic which was used to make it appear in my search.
Finding what I wanted was not difficult, but I could not see a way to order similar products (ink for the same printer, but of a different color) without going through the entire selection tree each time. Read more

I recieved the products I ordered unbelieveably quick. I ordered them at noon and eventhough they were suppose to be mailed by UPS ground, I recieved them the next morning from out of state. I could not believe my eyes and they were in great condition. Read more
