| sim22's Full Review: Sennheiser HD 565 Hi-Fi Headphones |
I bought the pair originally just for music listening, and they work wonders for that. However, they also work very nicely with movies, TV, even good quality radio.
Both the physical and sound quality of these headphones are traditional Sennheiser quality. If you live in an apartment building, try these with your favourite DVD late at night - you may not want to switch back to your speakers... It might even reveal some parts of your favourite music you've never heard before. The definition is great. Response if flat and accurate; don't expect the cheap boom-boom bass that you might get from your cheapo systems.
While extremely comfortable, I do find that they are a little bit on the heavy side after having them on for hours.
