For every day use, this deck is not complicated at all. Very straight forward operation. Fast dubbing. You can use multiple types of tapes (metal, cr02, normal) It has multiple jacks to record from all your components. CD player, reciever, turntable. It has lighted LED level meters. I also have it hooked up to an equalizer. For the price, you can't go wrong. And it is made by a reputable company that has been around for years. I have had Teac decks for years, I have owned nothing but. I had to replace my older deck, and immediately chose this Teac deck.
