Unreliable and very bad customer service.

Shoplet is completely unreliable, irresponsible, and not trusthworthy and their customer service is bad. From their website, I completed an order for bulk soap. The next day I received an email saying my item was on backorder. I filled out a request for status of backorder on their website which said I would receive a response within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen. I filled out another request and waited some more. No response. Meanwhile I was trying to find a customer service number to talk to a live person and they sure make it difficult for you to find it.
Finally I was about to cancel my order when I found the customer service number on the cancellation page. I called and the agent FINALLY informed me that my item had been discontinued. I told him about the backorder status requests I made and he said their computers had been down for 3 days and it had only been fixed an hour ago. A convenient explanation, but it does not explain why I still had not received a response regarding the first of my status requests. I told him that I find that hard to believe that a business of their size would be down for 3 days with no Internet access. He said that that's what happened and offered no apology.
