Never, ever again. I saw Altec Lansing speakers that I wanted, and called customer service to see if they were in stock, and I was told that they were so I ordered them when I got off the phone with WolfCamera. Five days later, I get an e-mail telling me that they are still trying to "find them". Then, two days later I get yet another e-mail that they have no idea when they will get them, and that it could be 30 days before they hear anything. Here comes the fun part.
They charged my credit card that same day as I ordered the item. But when I called to cancel my order, they couldn't tell me when I would get my refund. First of all, according to the FTC, a company is not to charge your credit card UNTIL the item ships. So, they broke the law right there. Secondly, they cannot tell a customer when they will get a refund? Fishy. This item wasn't cheap either. Customer service was rude and very unhelpful.
Please, do not order from these people. Do a Froogle search and go somewhere else. I am still hoping that I get a refund. In the meantime, I am contacting the FTC and Better Business Bureau.
