I ordered the Magellan Roadmate @ cameraworld.com on Saturday July 17. I submitted the order and waited for an email confirmation. I waited and waited day one went by no confirmation, day two and three still no confirmation. On the forth day I call the toll free number on the printable receipt, and talk to the operator. I gave my info and he stated that there are no record of my order on file. I kept asking to make sure. The operator kept insisting that there is no order on file. I decided to call the credit card company to find out what was going on. The credit card company told me that the order had been approved but not processed. I called cameraworld.com and spoke with a different operator. He too insisted that there is no record of my order. I told the operator what the credit card company told me, he then proceeded to give their corporate headquarter number for me to call. The next day I called the number and all I got was an answering machine. After many tried I finally got through, and the operator told me the person in charge was off that day. I decided to leave a message for them to call me back. The next day headquarter call me back and asked what was the problem. I told the operator the situation and she checked their computer. she told me that my order got stuck on their computer. Finally she got my order processed, then told me that they were out of stock. She told me that the item had to be back order. At that point I lost my trust for them. I asked her to cancel my order. I went back to cameraworld.com and they still posted the availability of the product. Even at this very moment on Saturday july 22 their website still posted the availability of the Magellan Roadmate.
