Beware of the product when Amazon says 1-2 weeks delivery. In my case and what i have experienced they often do not have the product in stock and it takes a lot longer than 2 weeks for the delivery. You can see that they do not have a feature that says 'not in stock' so assume that 1-2 week actually means item not in stock, I have waited 8 weeks for my purchase and at the time of writing this i still have not received the product. They also do not have a customer complain line and email procedure that you expect to find from most major company. I sent an email to complain and although the reply seems to come from a person i can tell that the text seems to be a standard response and i did not even get an explanation, all i got was they passed on the information of what the SUPPLIER told them, no date was set for my delivery and they said they would pass my complain on the relevant customer departmet? - you expect your complain mail to be forwarded direct to the right department the first time not through many stages of dept before you even get to the customer department.
