EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! TERRIBLE!

I would stay as far away as possible from shoplet.com. I placed my first (AND LAST) order about two months ago. It has been nothing but trouble since that time. Two purchases were wrong--the wrong type of videotapes, and the incorrect ink cartridge. The videotapes were shipped back and finally credited, although other companies would have probably said to keep the tapes and just applied the credit. You have to get the RMA # and they send out UPS. That part is okay. I've done that with other returns. I ended up calling UPS myself after a misunderstanding, and calling back shoplet.com to tell them they had some wrong information on when UPS would return to my house. At least I finally got a credit.
I STILL don't have a credit on my ink cartridge! I sent back the incorrect one to the address they told me to send it too. After quite a while, I emailed them asking where my credit was--they replied the warehouse didn't receive the cartridge yet & I would receive the credit when they receive the cartridge. I wrote back, told them where I sent it, checked with the post office-- I had the day the company received it, etc. and requested my credit again. STILL no credit, and now they're ignoring my emails. TWO MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION! All I can say is don't shop at SHOPLET.COM!!!!!
