Horrible--charges before shipped

Worst shopping experience I could have imagined. After placing my order for a washer/dryer combination. I waited 4 days for it to be shipped from the warehouse(which is normal). I then waited another day and got a message saying: "We are experiencing unexpected delays in our warehouse and your order has not yet shipped." This was Friday--I asked for an estimation of when this product would finally be shipped to me. On Monday, I was told by the end of that week. I had already waited a week, I wasn't going to wait another week, so I asked for the order to be canceled. After another week, I was told that my order had not yet been canceled. I asked "Why?" and they informed me that it took a while to recharge my credit card. I was shocked! Why would you charge my card before you even shipped--no no, even PROCESSED my order. It took a total of two weeks for my order to be placed, delayed, delayed, delayed, and then canceled.
