I have used this to buy and sell items and only once did I have a problem. Amazon help settle it for me and I got my money returned. If it happens to you just pester the person with e-mails until the time allowed by Amazon kicks in.
One can find some good priced items from a reliable company behind it. I find E-bay is too risky although have sold there for buy now and it turned out OK.

I hope to see more postings from you. Many members come to the site and mention the marketplace under the regular amazon.com heading here, so I was happy to read about the actual marketplace and how that works.
I have been tempted, but the prices are still higher than ebay so as of yet I have not made a purchase.
Good information you have shared.
