Quality products and service
It seems like decades ago that I first encountered Crutchfield Audio. Recently out of the military and living in the Washington, DC area put me in a rather poor position in the 1970's. Surrounded by high power and high quality people, living high quality lifestyles, this Government employee Army vet longed for quality he could only experience with sacrifice. Having once been a professional muscian, music became a logicial path to that desired quality. Purchasing the equipment to play that music on my limited budget forced me to seek out mail order and discount outlets that provided excellent service throughout our relationship.
My first purchases those long years ago were always pleasurable. No hassle prices, and always someone waiting on the other end of the telephone to hold my hand as I parted ways with my hard earned money.
