Horrible purchase experience with giftcard

Very bad purchase experience. They did not know how to properly charge a giftcard, delayed my order considerably, but never informed me. I contacted them about the delay, they continued to delay the process, until they realized the problem and fixed it. Once it was fixed, my order was still delayed and it is now Jan. 1st and I have still not received this Christmas present which was ordered Dec. 5th. Customer service was nice, but for some reason was unable to speed up my shipping as a courtesy, due to it being a "separate department". Their delay, their problem, and they didn't fix it properly. Won't shop from them again and suggest you don't either until they have full control over their shipping, their customer service and their payment processing center.
