Some good points about customer 'disservice' (Reply to this comment)
by solohans1
Chreshire Cat,
It really seems like customer service is lacking these days what with all the outsourcing and stuff like that!
I've ordered from Macys.com a lot and they won't charge my card until the order ships. That's a good policy and fair. I wonder if Amazon.com is doing anything illegal by charging the card beforehand?
I've never used Amazon.com yet and don't have anything against them, but when I use online service, it is usually with a company with a long standing history.
Glad you are enjoying your mixer. Those Kitchen aid's are the cat's meow. And, they are still built in America! Good choice!

Your review is in the wrong category. (Reply to this comment)

This review forum is for the Amazon *MarketPlace*, which is where used items and new items sold from outside vendors are found. Your item was sold to you directly through Amazon.com, not the MarketPlace. The first way to tell is the super-saver shipping discount you received, which is never offered through the MarketPlace. Just to be sure, I checked all Kitchen-Aid Mixers in your price range, and they are being sold directly from Amazon. I don't blame you for listing your review in the wrong place - it's an easy mistake to make. You've written a good review here and your work is appreciated. I do however, place some blame on the Epinions Advisors who rated your review as "very helpful"!! Come on, Advisors!
