They don't seem to want constructive feedback. Period.

It started with a hunt for office products.
I found at least 10 products on their site whose "discount price" was more than their own posted "RETAIL" price. Sent e-mail to try to locate webmaster or data entry tech to try to update. Failed to find any trace of either.
Searched site to find ANY company service people. Reached male (from customer service number) who gave out bum phone number in attempt to offer proofreading services. My intent was to offer proofreading in exchange for products. Neither would identify any manager to contact.
Given the broad array of alleged services they are supposed to support, and all the businesses they are supposedly mentoring, it appears to me that someone has their head pointed up, but from it's current vantage point, there isn't much light, and theres a distinct aroma present.
If the data they present in their OWN web presence is so totally hosed up that they offer no feedback loop to potential clients, then, in my opinion, its kinda like taking chances on Saturday night with the little gal that spends so much time down at the corner stop sign.
