Shoplet

Avoid this company... I ordered 4 toner cartridges from Amazon. 2 were provided by other companies and 2 were provided by Shoplet. Shoplet made a mistake and sent incorrect cartridges. Unfortunately this mistake was not discovered until after Shoplet's 30 day return policy. In discussions with Customer Service, it was discovered that Shoplet did indeed make the mistake. The mistake was not Amazon or my own. Even with this knowledge, Shoplet refused to fix the issue. Avoid them unless you like to be cheated out of money for their mistake.

Difficulty placing order. Vendor charged credit card twice. Customer Service Rep on phone sounded asleep and uninterested. Will only purchase from this vendor again if I cannot find similar product elsewhere.

I ordered plastic forks and spoons on Friday that I needed by the end of the following week for an event. By the following Thursday I still had not received them. I had received a confirmation email when I placed my order which had a link to track the order. I went back to this email and clicked on the link for tracking and to my dismay, I found the entire order was back ordered.

Why didn't they email me that the order was on backorder? Not to mention it was still on backorder 7 days after placing the order. Had I known they were not in stock, I would have ordered from another site and had them by that time. Additionally, I had to search the entire site to find out how to cancel an order. It looks like they don't want you to know the order is back ordered and then they don't want to make it easy for you to cancel it once you happen to find out. This is poor customers service.

Item listed as "in stock" was not. New customer discount did not apply. The back order email from them had "UPS" in the subject line. Very slick. I should have done a little more reading before I pulled the trigger and I would have found that this is routine business at Shoplet.Com. Consider that if they are sitting on your back order they could be sitting on hundreds for the same item. This means that when their next shipment comes in you may not be in line to get your order. Back ordered again! Regardless of price I choose not to do business this way. The call I made to customer service was quick and painless and I had the cancellation email inside of 60 seconds. Now I can start over.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Did a Google search for a battery for a phone. Most places wanted over thirty bucks, even on Ebay, plus shipping. Then I found this Shoplet.com and the battery was only 21.00 and they had them in stock, according to thier site, no less and free shipping. I should have smelled a rat then. Well long story short, they back ordered the battery and now I cant get a reply, they have my credit card # and I am so PO'd. They have a place in the customer services tab to cancel an order but it says my order # doesnt exist! This after they sent me an email saying my stuff is back ordered. Heck I just checked thier site and they show they still have them in stock! They are liars and lowbred scumbags. After reading some of the reviews here maybe I got off light though! Does anyone know any authorities to report them to?

They list this item on Become.com as having free shipping. But when you go to order it, they charge for shipping. No wonder they have all this bad reviews.
