I just received my order for a serving rubbermaid juice pitcher. And the dopes sent me one without the lid. I sent them numerous emails and I have to wait 24-48 hours. Sorry I didint look the up on this site. What good is it that you may get something a little cheaper when the site is so poorly run

My first experience will be my last experience. Their web form deducted the amount twice. I could understand how mistakes may happen but what I don't understand is a company that will not correct the problem. They simply told me they had a disclaimer statement indicating that they are not responsible for anything. Go figure.

They did not have the product they claimed to have, even though it showed as "in stock" on my order form. After more than a month of waiting and three requests for status information, they finally told me they were out of it, couldn't get it, and were canceling my order.

Product was cheap enough, but incomplete. When I e-mailed their customer service department, I received no reply. There is no telephone number listed on their web site (please check this for yourself, and ask yourself why). When I went back to re-read some of the merchant opinion sites, the "reviews" started to look pretty fishy. They are VERY well written, and just a little too glowing, like an ad agency would do. They are also duplicated on different sites. Buyer beware!

I am a stationery supply junkie, and, though no online store can replace the sheer joy (well, for me, anyway) of wandering through the aisles of a stationery store, Shoplet is a find. It has a superb selection of basic stationery supplies (and more), its prices are the best that I've found, and shipping is free and fast. I recently ordered a desk chair on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I also like that I can view all my past orders and re-order items with a click or two. Shoplet will never take the place of the mom and pop stores that have gone under in the wake of the big box boys, but I like it.

Order was accepted and two charges showed up on my paypal account. Over a week later when I did not receive merchandise and inquired, Shoplet said that they no longer sold the item. However, it was now listed on their web page for 5 times the price. When questioned about this, they said IT needed to take it down.
Sorry, I won't deal with the bait-and-switch. Thought it was an unbelievable price on a 36" TV, and it was. $259 on the website is actually their 20"TV. The 36" is over $800.
Not only will I purchase my TV from somewhere else, this tactic has cost Shoplet.com any of my business in the future.

I have had two experiences with this company, neither of which were pleasant. The first order had substitutions for the item without my knowledge. No return label was included. The invoice said to Contact Customer service for detailed return instructions. When I did call customer service, the individual hung up without ever finding out what I wanted. I was dumb enough to try ordering one more time a couple of months later.
This time they challenged the billing address - which had not changed in the time between the two orders.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS, STILL HAVE WRONG ITEMS AND THEY RESENT THE SAME WRONG ITEMS AGAIN! WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN, THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY ONLINE RETURN REQUEST'S. I WILL NOW DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY-THEIR LOSS, I AM A BIG SPENDER. JOEY/YUCAIPA, CA
I ordered a diary. they came back and said credit card did not work. They said the needed me to straighten things out before they would send diary. I then went elsewhere for diary. These assholes then went ahead and sent it anyway. They refuse to take diary back as it is dated material. These people are assholes and only care about getting your dollars. SHOP ELSEWHERE! DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I WAS. There should be a way of policing vendor lowlifes like Shoplet!
Where to begin...I was planning my class reunion and ordered name badges, lanyards and clips. I ordered them on a Tuesday and shipped them 2-day. My reunion was on Saturday and they showed up on Monday! Talk about panic!
All is well that ends well though, thanks to Staples the name badges turned out A-OK.
I paid to ship the unopened box of merchandise back. They deducted a 'restocking' fee and my original 2-day shipping costs so I only got 63% of my costs back and that took 5 weeks to process!
I have had good experiences in the past in dealing with Shoplet. On this particular order the product has been backordered, but I do not know when to expect shipment. Read more

I think the problem might have been partly the shipper.
The box was torn, wasn't taped well, nor was it very sturdy being it contained several reams of paper.

My order was processe twice, so I had to ship things back and my credit card was charged twice. The toilet seat covers were torn (box and package). The items came in 3 separate packages (twice) at different times so I had to ship back the doubles at differet times. Very inconvenient. Read more
