My first experience will be my last experience. Their web form deducted the amount twice. I could understand how mistakes may happen but what I don't understand is a company that will not correct the problem. They simply told me they had a disclaimer statement indicating that they are not responsible for anything. Go figure.

They did not have the product they claimed to have, even though it showed as "in stock" on my order form. After more than a month of waiting and three requests for status information, they finally told me they were out of it, couldn't get it, and were canceling my order.

Product was cheap enough, but incomplete. When I e-mailed their customer service department, I received no reply. There is no telephone number listed on their web site (please check this for yourself, and ask yourself why). When I went back to re-read some of the merchant opinion sites, the "reviews" started to look pretty fishy. They are VERY well written, and just a little too glowing, like an ad agency would do. They are also duplicated on different sites. Buyer beware!

I am a stationery supply junkie, and, though no online store can replace the sheer joy (well, for me, anyway) of wandering through the aisles of a stationery store, Shoplet is a find. It has a superb selection of basic stationery supplies (and more), its prices are the best that I've found, and shipping is free and fast. I recently ordered a desk chair on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday afternoon. I also like that I can view all my past orders and re-order items with a click or two. Shoplet will never take the place of the mom and pop stores that have gone under in the wake of the big box boys, but I like it.

Order was accepted and two charges showed up on my paypal account. Over a week later when I did not receive merchandise and inquired, Shoplet said that they no longer sold the item. However, it was now listed on their web page for 5 times the price. When questioned about this, they said IT needed to take it down.

Sorry, I won't deal with the bait-and-switch. Thought it was an unbelievable price on a 36" TV, and it was. $259 on the website is actually their 20"TV. The 36" is over $800.

Not only will I purchase my TV from somewhere else, this tactic has cost Shoplet.com any of my business in the future.

I have had two experiences with this company, neither of which were pleasant. The first order had substitutions for the item without my knowledge. No return label was included. The invoice said to Contact Customer service for detailed return instructions. When I did call customer service, the individual hung up without ever finding out what I wanted. I was dumb enough to try ordering one more time a couple of months later.
This time they challenged the billing address - which had not changed in the time between the two orders.

I ordered a diary. they came back and said credit card did not work. They said the needed me to straighten things out before they would send diary. I then went elsewhere for diary. These assholes then went ahead and sent it anyway. They refuse to take diary back as it is dated material. These people are assholes and only care about getting your dollars. SHOP ELSEWHERE! DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I WAS. There should be a way of policing vendor lowlifes like Shoplet!

Where to begin...I was planning my class reunion and ordered name badges, lanyards and clips. I ordered them on a Tuesday and shipped them 2-day. My reunion was on Saturday and they showed up on Monday! Talk about panic!
All is well that ends well though, thanks to Staples the name badges turned out A-OK.

I paid to ship the unopened box of merchandise back. They deducted a 'restocking' fee and my original 2-day shipping costs so I only got 63% of my costs back and that took 5 weeks to process!

This is the worst on-line shopping center. Can you imagine a store without phone number! on their damn website there is a place to contact them online. Of course nobody gives you a call back!
So if you want to buy something just go ahead and do it with 1000 other stores with a good customer service.

When I didn't receive the item by 11/8 I tried to get customer support help. Customer support is through a web interface. I couldn't find a phone number nor email address on the site. My several attempts to use the web interface were quickly acknowledged by email robot, but I never got any human response.

I researched a FAX and phone number from a business information web site. While the FAX number was disconnected, the phone number worked. After several aborted calls, since customer service apparently throttles calls by disconnecting them, I talked to a human. She acknowledged that my printer had never been shipped but I had still been charged for it. She agreed to refund my credit card and to acknowledge it through email.

Recently, I had a good experience with this store. When I tried to place an order, I had some difficulties, but they solved the problem promptly. The order arrived quickly. The shipping was free.

The team at Shoplet.com made it near to impossible to receive a complete order. After arriving late, the order arrived from over three locations and only by half. I had to call and explain the situation 3 times before someone in management resolved the problem. Once "resolved", however, Shoplet.com neither rushed the remaining half of the order nor offered any show of good faith.

Every time I called I had to explain myself again.
In all, I must have spent at least 2 hours talking to Shoplet.com without them creating an accurate account of my situation to be referenced internally – at least.

It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never use Shoplet.com for anything again.

My experience with shoplet has been an absolute nightmare. We ordered filing cabinets on several occasions but every filing cabinet was damaged and had to be reshipped at least once. To make things worse, I got stuck with the returned shipping charge on one of the filing cabinets because of a mix up with their carrier of $300.00. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from this company. The customer service is horrible and no one is willing to give you an answer. They would much rather pass you around to a number of different representatives. Very frustrating

These folks are horrible, I ordered one case of Mr. muscle oven and grill cleaner. One case consist of six cans. I only received four, Which means some one who works for this backwards company had to open my prepacked case and remove two cans of oven cleaner before shipping it to me. I wrote a e-mail to customer service and have yet to receive a response. I cant find a telephone number anywhere to talk to these folks? Stay away from this company , They are bad news.

After a month of waiting for two scanners to arrive from Shoplet.com I called for status. I was told the scanner was discontinued, yet I was never notified. I had to call them on the phone to find out, otherwise I would still be waiting.

My shopping experience was horrible! I ordered this product which is listed as available. I even called and they said it was in stock. I buy it, overnight it, and I'm sent the wrong product. I call back and they DON'T have my item in stock so they just sent me something else! I am so angry. They should know their inventory and they should have called me before just sending out something random! The first time that I called to complain I was put on hold for over 25 minutes. I finally hung up and called again. This time the person didn't put me on hold but he was extremely rude. I could someone next to him being nice on the phone but the guy I was speaking to was horrible. He didn't even care and just said that they would pick it up. Darn right they should pick it up when they sent me the wrong item!

On 10/1/07 we ordered a Tennsco 4-shelf bookcase with glass doors. When it arrived the following week, it was damaged and was missing the lock because the packing was just some cardboard on the edges and then shrinkwrapped with plastic to cover the rest of it. Needless, to say, we were not happy, especially when Shoplet kept fudging and expecting us to find packing to ship it back to them. You see, we are not in the business of packing things, so we don't have packing materials (especially in that size) in stock.

Finally, I was able to find a refrigerator box in town and had to cut it down and tape it with whatever tape I had. We kept asking Shoplet to send us packing materials, but they never did. They didn't even respond to about half of the e-mails and voicemails I left.

After seeing a lot of bad reviews I decided to order anyway. I ordered a $35 paper cutter and using free UPS shipping if was at my door in five days. Shoplet.com delivered as promised.

Bait and switch. Search for 34" - 39" brought up Panasonic CT-36D12D 36 in. Standard Television at shoplet.com, with a price of 259.03. When you click through, you find that the price is for a 20" television. It's dishonest and obviously a store that has no consideration for my time.

I ordered a $30 office item two months ago, but it hasn't arrived. I found their website and customer service to be a circular maze. Nevertheless, they did get back to me, telling me the order had been sent and promising to put a tracer on it. That was a month ago. I had no luck using the tracking service on the website.

I've never had problems receiving an order from private sellers on eBay, but this is the 3rd time I haven't received an item from a commercial site. Even for a couple of bucks more (sometimes more apparent than real), I'm beginning to think Amazon is a better deal--the saving in time, irritation, and potential grief is worth far more than a dollar or two.

My Order was places on 10/03 and got e-mail and tracking no# and called to track it and Fed Ex told me to contact the shipper and they have never recived the package, and I called Shoplet and they advised me that the warehouse has not sent it yet, but fedex did get the lable???

Why send a tracking no# out if you are not shipping the product.

If I did't need what I needed and its a good price, I don't think I will order again...

No Phone on webiste e-mail customer service 24-48hrs ...

I run and internet company and I have a very small customer service dept. and were open 24-7 7 days a week. and have a phone listed... Only 5 people in my company.

I bought bookcases from these folks. They were not what we wanted. Arranged a return. It was picked up and delivery to warehouse was acknowledged. Now almost one month later they have still not refunded purchase, despite repeated promises and phone calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!

Avoid this company... I ordered 4 toner cartridges from Amazon. 2 were provided by other companies and 2 were provided by Shoplet. Shoplet made a mistake and sent incorrect cartridges. Unfortunately this mistake was not discovered until after Shoplet's 30 day return policy. In discussions with Customer Service, it was discovered that Shoplet did indeed make the mistake. The mistake was not Amazon or my own. Even with this knowledge, Shoplet refused to fix the issue. Avoid them unless you like to be cheated out of money for their mistake.

Difficulty placing order. Vendor charged credit card twice. Customer Service Rep on phone sounded asleep and uninterested. Will only purchase from this vendor again if I cannot find similar product elsewhere.

I ordered plastic forks and spoons on Friday that I needed by the end of the following week for an event. By the following Thursday I still had not received them. I had received a confirmation email when I placed my order which had a link to track the order. I went back to this email and clicked on the link for tracking and to my dismay, I found the entire order was back ordered.

Why didn't they email me that the order was on backorder? Not to mention it was still on backorder 7 days after placing the order. Had I known they were not in stock, I would have ordered from another site and had them by that time. Additionally, I had to search the entire site to find out how to cancel an order. It looks like they don't want you to know the order is back ordered and then they don't want to make it easy for you to cancel it once you happen to find out. This is poor customers service.

Item listed as "in stock" was not. New customer discount did not apply. The back order email from them had "UPS" in the subject line. Very slick. I should have done a little more reading before I pulled the trigger and I would have found that this is routine business at Shoplet.Com. Consider that if they are sitting on your back order they could be sitting on hundreds for the same item. This means that when their next shipment comes in you may not be in line to get your order. Back ordered again! Regardless of price I choose not to do business this way. The call I made to customer service was quick and painless and I had the cancellation email inside of 60 seconds. Now I can start over.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Did a Google search for a battery for a phone. Most places wanted over thirty bucks, even on Ebay, plus shipping. Then I found this Shoplet.com and the battery was only 21.00 and they had them in stock, according to thier site, no less and free shipping. I should have smelled a rat then. Well long story short, they back ordered the battery and now I cant get a reply, they have my credit card # and I am so PO'd. They have a place in the customer services tab to cancel an order but it says my order # doesnt exist! This after they sent me an email saying my stuff is back ordered. Heck I just checked thier site and they show they still have them in stock! They are liars and lowbred scumbags. After reading some of the reviews here maybe I got off light though! Does anyone know any authorities to report them to?

They list this item on Become.com as having free shipping. But when you go to order it, they charge for shipping. No wonder they have all this bad reviews.
