Pros: PRICE, Screen size, and picture clarity & sound. Cons: Reliability questionable, Big battery pack, 90 day warranty only

Great DVD Player
by laskocooling ,Jun 10 '07
Pros: Huge Screen, long battery life. Cons: Scraps DVDs if you lightly press on the disk drive.
This one of the very few DVD players that has a huge widescreen, even for it price. This DVD player has long battery life, great picture quality, ease of use. You can easily hook up video games to it play on. You can also listen to CDs. It stats it MP3 compatible, but it doesn't look like it. It also comes with palm-sized remote that has many option on it. So I would recommend this to a person who doesn't like watch DVDs on a small screen. If you even lightly press against the DVD cover of the disk drive, you will hear scraping noise from the DVD, which I didn't like so much.

GREAT FEATURES BUT NOT RELIABLE
by cbr1000f ,Jul 03 '08
Pros: Multi format reading capable, small remote control. Cons: Not reliable. Failed twice within less than 90 days of use.
Not so good experience with the Insignia portable DVD products. I bought it due to great format compatibility, features, and price. I loved the small remote control. I did not like the reliability. I had two of the same products failed within less than 90 days. Thanks to Best buys great customer service, they replaced it twice. I moved on to a different brand.
